I spend as much time as I can with children. I've been responsible for 6 to 10-year-olds on day trips and summer camps, which included ensuring that they were safe, feeling well and keeping them entertained. This also involved organising educational activities; sportive, creative and more conceptual. I have also done some babysitting jobs with similar responsibilities as well as preparing snacks and meals.I have a little sister and cousins and from a young age I have taken care of them in many occasions. At my school, I was involved in developing and running classes for students aged 10 to 15 in which non-academic topics were discussed. For example, effects of social media on mental health and body image, cybersecurity, good and bad communication skills in a school environment and consent. I also undertook online training in the Montessori Teaching Method through the Momji Childcare website. I try to find every opportunity to spend time with children because I am always positively surprised by their curiosity and excited way of thinking.
